Pros inexpensive, large text, backlit keys
Cons poor range

I bought this to use with the MagicJack on my computer - I wanted to be able to walk around and answer calls without being beside the computer.
It's an inexpensive phone, and while theoretically the 5.8 Ghz should give a decent range it doesn't!  The walls of my home are cinder block... Read full review »

Pros Handset works well, looks good, maybe I got a lemon
Cons Speakerphone not good, bad customer service
Recommended it? No

I installed a second line, so I needed a two-line speakerphone for my home office. At first, I hooked up the lines incorrectly, so when I hit the Line 2 button, it gave an "Error:Inhibited" message. After calling customer support, all they could tell me to do was reset the phone, which means... Read full review »

Good alternative to AT&T 4-line phone

bycawilde Aug 21, 2003
2 Helpfuls 3 Helpfuls Was this review helpful?
Pros Easy to install, easy to use, very configurable, pleasant design.
Cons Receiver snags on hook, voice quality sometimes muffled.
Recommended it? Yes

The selection of 4-line corded phones is rapidly diminishing as wireless phones become more popular. Only the AT&T series and this series from GE seem to be widely available. We selected the GE series and have installed four of them. We like the styling, the larger number buttons are easy to use... Read full review »
