Heavy-duty office shredder is designed for high-performance and constant workloads. Shred paper, staples, paper clips, credit cards and CDs/DVDs. Shred 24 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 16' per minute into 1/4" strips (5.8 mm). Use rocker switch for on/off and reverse. Reverse button releases overfed paper. Shredder automatically stops when container is full or door is open. Shredder also offers a security level 2, 9-1/2" throat, automatic start/stop control, and safety shield at feed opening. Removable 8-7/10 gallon waste bin can be tilted out and used as a waste paper basket for nonconfidential documents. Shred bin has a large window to view fill level. Motor has thermal protection. Enclosed housing protects against paper dust. Shredder weighs 25-4/10 lb. (11-1/2 kg.).

Light-duty, cross-cut shredder features overload protection and built-in thermal protection to prevent the system from getting dangerously hot. Cool-down meter on the housing top displays a bar progression to indicate that the unit is getting hotter. When the unit reaches its maximum run time, the meter will indicate that the unit is too hot and will go into auto cool-down mode. The system also indicates when the system has cooled down and is ready to shred. Security level 3 shredder cuts 15 sheets of 20 lb. paper in a single pass at 5-1/4' per minute.
