When we designed the BlendMount for the Beltronics or Escort (Passport) Radar Detector (RD), quality and adjustability were our main objectives. We wanted to utilize the dead space between the back of the mirror and the windshield. With the multiple adjustments we designed, the perfect RD placement can be achieved. Even before receiving your BlendMount, first Adjustment is to reposition your Mirror Stem so it is perpendicular to your Windshield by using the Windshield Pivot at the end of your Cylindrical Stem (see pics). Next adjustment is to also reposition the Stem as High as possible using the same Windshield Pivot.
