Panasonic TS3282 Lacks a critical feature

Junk
This phone worked great for about 2 weeks. After about 2 weeks, I started to get static on my main phone line. A couple of days later, I started to get static on my second phone line. Intercom does not work if you have DSL.
I learned this after I unpacked and installed two of these phones. The book, NOT THE BOX, acknowledges this problem and said Customer Service could help resolve it.
