Not quite perfect, but it's the best cordless I've owned!

Nice Features - Poor Audio Quality
With the 6o minute recording time and the 2-line capability, I thought that maybe, just maybe Panasonic finally got their act together and produced a quality phone. Works great for me; handset speakerphone is fabulous
I'm a big fan of the 6500, it works much better for me than my previous Pano cordless. In particular, the speakerphone in the handset is so good that in a quiet office I'm always on it and my callers never notice. Read full review »

Panasonic KX-TG6500
Don't buy this phone. Unless I bought a lemon (I am checking on this)the handsets do not receive signals even with a slight change of rooms. My old one KX-TG2000B 2.8 GHz works wonderfully well. Shame on Panasonic for marketing such a model.

Five months after purchasing the caller ID no longer works, and 2 of the handsets aren't working - I can hear garbled conversations, great amounts of static.
