Audiovox VBP4000 5.6 in. Portable DVD Player

I purchased this 6 months ago so happy that I got a good deal, or what seemed like a good deal.I cannot believe that it is broken already. I only used it maybe 5 times. The screen will not work and the DVD will not play. It just keeps spinning. I bought it from Smart Bargains and was sold on a 1 year warranty, but neither Smart Bargains nor Audiovox will stand behind it. They keep passing the buck. I have documentation to back it up, but they say they cannot help me. It's more like they will not help me. This has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. At first they Audiovox told me that I could send it back to them at my expense. Then I was also told that even if it were within the 90 day warranty period, there are no parts to fix it seeing as they do not make these anymore. I would have paid to have it sent there as well as a charge for them to look at it and then they would have told me that it couldn't be fixed. Buyer Beware!!!! This is the last time I will ever purchase an Audiovox product.
